CONFIRMED NATIONS FOR THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2018

We are very pleased to announce that we have received confirmation from the following 8 nations, on their wish to use their allocated qualification slot for the IPCH World Championship 2018.

Switzerland invited instead of Japan
Japan is one of the new developing nations in Powerchair Hockey, but they were not yet ready to participate on the international stage. As the next nation on the World Ranking List, Switzerland were invited and have also confirmed their use of the allocated slot.

Welcome to TEAM USA
We are very happy that we now can include another continent at the World Championship. With the participation of USA we will now have three continents represented. This is both great for the development internationally and nationally in USA. We look very much forward to welcome USA on the international stage.

Drawing Ceremony
We will soon learn which nations will end up in which group, when the Drawing Ceremony will take place in Udinese, Italy, next Thursday the 2nd November. You can follow the drawing ceremony live on the IPCH Facebook page from 20.15 CET.
