IPCH 16th Sport Congress
We are pleased to invite you to the 16th Sport Congress of the International Powerchair Hockey (IPCH), which will be held online on Saturday, January 11, 2025. This congress provides an important platform for IPCH Member Nations to discuss key issues such as policies, regulations, and the future of Powerchair Hockey, including preparations for the 2026 World Cup.
While the congress will focus on the review of past achievements, the IPCH structure, and important decisions about the sport’s future, we are excited to announce that the meeting is open to observers! This includes athletes, coaches, officials, and staff. Observers will be able to participate in the discussions via chat, offering valuable input, though they will not have voting rights.

Delegate Categories:
- Delegate with Voting Rights: One delegate per nation can vote and must attend the full congress.
- National Delegate without Voting Rights: A second delegate may attend and contribute but cannot vote.
- Observers: Open to all interested individuals, including athletes, coaches, and officials. Observers will be able to engage in discussions through chat.
As the meeting will be held online, there is no participation fee. We encourage you to share this invitation with those within your national organization who would benefit from participating.
Pre-Congress Documents:
Two key documents will be discussed and voted upon:
- Organizers Regulations (Updates on organizing events)
- Competition Regulations (Revisions to align with current standards)
We urge delegates to review these documents ahead of the congress to ensure a productive session.
