IPCH World Championship 2026 Powerchair Hockey Match Schedule
Official Tournament Schedule | Pajulahti, Finland | 26–31 May 2026
The official match schedule for the IPCH World Championship 2026 Powerchair Hockey has been confirmed. From 26 to 31 May 2026, ten national teams will compete at Pajulahti Olympic and Paralympic Training Center, Finland, in the most important international powerchair hockey tournament of the year.
The championship brings together the world’s leading powerchair hockey nations, divided into two groups of five teams. During the group stage, each team will play four matches in a round-robin format. Based on the standings, teams will progress to cross-finals, placement matches, and the final ranking games that determine the new world champion.

Tournament Format and Final Ranking
After completion of the group phase, the top four teams from each group advance to the cross-finals. These matches determine qualification for the medal games and final placement positions.
The winners of the cross-finals will compete for the world title, while the remaining teams continue in classification matches to determine positions from fifth to tenth place.
With six days of international competition, the championship schedule offers a full overview of every stage of the tournament, from the opening matches through to the medal games and final ranking decisions.
